Refund Policy — Berlin Video School (BVS)
At Berlin Video School (BVS), we want applicants to make an informed decision before making any payment toward the Creative Fellowship Program.
Booking Amount
If an applicant pays a booking/registration amount to reserve a place in the BVS Creative Fellowship Program, the booking amount may be refunded if the applicant requests cancellation within 48 hours of making the payment.
After 48 Hours
After the 48-hour period has passed, the booking amount will generally be considered non-refundable, except where BVS determines otherwise at its discretion or where applicable law requires a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible 48-hour period, the applicant should contact BVS at berlinvideoschool@gmail.com or +91 90962 94939 and provide the relevant payment or application details.
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider. The time taken for the refund to appear in the applicant's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Program Fees
This policy specifically addresses the booking/registration amount. Any other fees or payments made toward the program may be subject to the terms communicated to the applicant at the time of payment.
